# Dev Tools

> Upload a provider brand package (administrator view)

**Dev Tools** is available from the account menu to users with the administrator role. The current page contains an **Upload Brand** form for sending a provider brand archive to the backend.

Select or drop a `.tar`, `.tar.gz`, `.tgz`, `.tar.bz2`, or `.tar.xz` file, then enter its name, version, and author and choose **Upload Brand**. The archive is validated before upload; the form reports missing required values and upload status.

This is administrative tooling rather than a cloud-resource management view. Provider connections are added from [Providers](/application/providers.md).
