# AWS

> Connect AWS S3 to Merops and manage its object storage resources

AWS S3 is one of the cloud providers you can connect to Merops. It is a global provider option; your chosen region, account configuration, and provider contract determine where and how your data is handled.

The current Merops integration covers object storage. Other resource categories such as databases, compute, networking, and functions are not integrated yet. See [service compatibility](/services/compatibility.md) for the current scope.
