> How Merops collects and processes personal data

## 1. Introduction

Merops is a student project associated with EPITECH Paris.

This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled when you visit the Merops website or submit your email address through our beta-testing registration form.

We aim to collect and process as little personal data as possible.

## 2. Personal Data We Collect

The beta-testing registration form collects only your email address.

We use this information exclusively to contact you about the Merops beta-testing program, including testing opportunities and related project updates.

Providing your email address is optional.

Your email address is processed to contact people interested in participating in the Merops beta-testing program.

The legal basis for this processing is your consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

The Merops landing page does not intentionally use cookies for advertising, analytics, or user tracking.
