Merops is a cloud resource management and migration project for developers and small and medium-sized businesses. It aims to make infrastructure changes and data migration easier through a shared, provider-aware experience. We want teams to be able to discover European cloud providers and make more informed choices about where their cloud resources run. This supports European digital sovereignty as a project goal; it is not a guarantee of data residency, regulatory compliance, or sovereign hosting for every deployment. Object storage is the first implemented service category. The platform is intended to expand to additional cloud resources over time. See service compatibility for the current scope.
