The Start Migration view copies objects from a source bucket to a destination bucket. It shows a source file tree on wide screens after you select the source.
  1. Open Start Migration.
  2. Select the source Connection, then the source Bucket.
  3. Select the destination Connection, then choose an existing destination bucket or Create new bucket and enter its name.
  4. Choose Start Migration and wait for the operation result.
  5. Open the destination in Providers and verify its objects.
The backend copies object content and creates the destination bucket when requested and supported. The current UI does not expose a durable job queue or per-object progress. An error may occur partway through a transfer; check the destination before retrying. A same-named object at the destination may be overwritten. See Services → Bucket for more migration limitations.
